  4. Gravy ke leya pan mein oil daal kar onion or ginger garlic paste daal kar bhoon kar sara masala daal kar dahi dal kar bhoon lain.
  5. Jab masala bhoon jaye to is mein kofta ki ball daal kar dam par rakh dain.
  6. Jab kofta ko daam de dain to pan mein jitni gravy banani ha itna pani dal kar boil aney par cholha band kar dain harra dhanya daal kar garnish kar dain.
